What if our family has two or more dogs?
We are happy to run, hike or walk with up to two dogs from the same family at the same time. However, we will charge an additional fee for the second dog. In order for the dogs to get the greatest benefits from the run/walk, we steer clear or pack walking so we won’t run/walk more than two dogs at one time.
Can you pet sit overnight?

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! If you book multiple services then you will receive a discount. Also, we offer a 10% discount for senior citizens (65+) and active military members.
Do you offer your services in cities outside of Boise?
We currently focus on Boise, but please contact us at email@example.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this point in time we only accept credit cards or cash. All services must be paid for in full in advance.
Can your dog walkers/runners accept tips?
Of course! But please leave cash only for the tips.
Can you administer medication to my pet?
We sure can! However, we do not administer intravenous medication.
How do I book an appointment?
Can you bathe my dog?
Yes, for an additional $20 we would be happy to make your dog look all shiny and new!
How do I know if my dog is in good enough shape to exercise?
If your dog has been sedentary for a while, or it has been at least six months since the last health checkup, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian before starting your dog on a strenuous exercise program.
Can you help do our dirty work and scoop poop?
We sure can! We will gladly scoop poop at your house for $8.
When are you available to run my dog?
Our services are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. Our services are also available on weekends and Federal Holidays for an additional $20.00.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes – we love referrals! If you refer us to someone and they mention your name when they book their service, you will receive one (1) 30-minute service of your choice for FREE!
What is your cancellation policy?
We realize your plans may change so if you need to cancel a service, please give us 24 hours’ notice to avoid a charge. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service then you will be charged the full service amount.
Do you need proof of my pet’s vaccinations?
We need written verification that your indoor/outdoor cat is current with their rabies vaccination.
I would like to schedule an in-home activity service for my dog. How will you get into my house?
Your home’s security is of the utmost importance to us! We ask that you provide us with either a key to your home or a garage access code. The key and garage access code will be stored in our safe when not in use.
Can you buy dog food and treats for my dog?
Yes! We charge $30 per hour plus the cost of the goods purchased. You will receive a detailed invoice for this service.
Is there paperwork that I need to fill out?
After our free initial consultation, you will receive an e-mail from us with forms that need to be completed, including: Dog Walking Service Agreement, Client information Form, Pet Information Form, Veterinarian Release Form, and (Optional) Off-Leash Dog Park Release Form.
